A great holiday and possibly a fabulous tan BUT perhaps a few pounds gained?

Fret not, it shouldn't take too long to lose them and it certainly doesn't have to mean living on meagre rations or focusing on unpalatable foods and drinks or pushing your body to its limits with a punishing exercise regime!

There is no need to go hungry, be miserable or hide yourself in a dark corner - try this strategy for a week or two!

  • coffee and 30 minutes exercise first thing in the morning
  • cleansing lemon and ginger while you get ready for the day
  • eggs for breakfast
  • soup and salad for lunch
  • a no starch dinner
  • a mid morning and/or mid afternoon snack if you need it
  • early to bed
